Delivery
Please note delivery time may take longer during the Christmas period as the warehouse is closed for the public holidays.
When will my order be delivered?
Normally we will send out your parcel quickly so that it will get to you within 3-5 working days if you’re in the UK. For standard deliveries, we will send through Royal Mail and send you the tracking information. If you are eager to have your Victoria Ragna scarf sooner, you can also choose to have next day delivery at an additional cost, during weekdays.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
We really do understand the feeling, it happens. For that reason, our couriers will require a signature when they deliver your parcel. If you’re not home, they will leave you a delivery note with instructions on how to re-arrange the delivery to when it’s more convenient.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do! For mainland Europe, our delivery time is also from 3-5 working days and you can also opt to have a 2 days delivery. For other regions, we might take a little longer due to distance or customs clearing timings, please see the checkout pages for estimates on delivery.
Tell me about UK and International shipping.
If you are in the UK, we offer two shipping speeds:
- Standard UK48hr Tracked (Signature): Free
- Express UK24hr Tracked (Signature): £3
If you live outside of the UK. we offer standard delivery for free:
- Standard EU 3-5 working days Tracked (No signature): Free
Finally, we can send the pack to the rest of the world for £20:
- Standard ROTW 3-5 working days Tracked (No Signature): £20
How can I check my order?
You can check the status of your order online using the tracking number we send you by email. If there is anything you would like to ask us, just e-mail us at customercare@victoriaragna.com and please include your order number, so that we can sort it out as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns on all orders within the UK. We can accept returns if we receive goods back within 28 days after purchase. The returned product must be unused and un-tampered to receive a refund. A refund of the purchase amount – minus the delivery fee – will be made within 15 days after we receive the return, via the same method of payment you used to make the purchase. We’ll send you an email to let you know when a refund has been made.
How do I make a return?
If you haven’t used the product and would like to return it, please contact us at customercare@victoriaragna.com so that we can better understand what happened and begin processing the return as well as send you further instructions on where to send the product.
What about exchanges?
If you need to organize an exchange with us, drop us an email at customercare@victoriaragna.com and we’ll take it from there. We’ll try to make it as easy and quickly as possible.
